最終使用法(The final working medium

每升海水添加 Stock 12, 1 mL,如為矽藻再加Stock 4, 1 mL,如為大型藻改加Stock 5, 1 mL。

每升淡水添加 Stock 1,23, 2 mL,如為矽藻再加Stock 4, 1 mL。
