| We investigate fuel, combustion, clean alternative energy, and air-pollution prevention for the development of sustainable energy systems. Our current research is primarily concerned with (1) emulsions ,( including two-phase w/o, o/w and three-phase o/w/o emulsions), (2)micro-emulsions, (3)refining technologies for both biodiesel from vegetable oils and diesel from used engine oils or marine fuel oil , (4)improvement for engine performance and emission characteristics, and (5) prevention technologies and strategies for air pollution from vehicles, ships and factories. We use a range of experimental facilities to carry out our studies |
