研究方向:  

本研究室主要以分子遺傳基因、細胞生物、細胞培養、生化、免疫與生理等方向探討水產動物 (魚類、蝦類與珊瑚等) 之生理、內分泌生殖與環境適應等重要生命科學之問題,著重在基礎及應用研究。主要研究方向為 (1) 激素基因及激素受體基因表現及調控,(2)內分泌生理,(3)生殖生理,(4) 環境適應生理,(5) 性別分化與性轉變

 

研究之策略與擬解決問題:

探討海洋生物及養殖生物重要生命科學問題及環境生理調適等問題。利用個體、器官、組織、細胞、分子、遺傳及細胞培養等策略,進行整合性的研究。

1.          黑鯛性別分化與性轉變機制及其內分泌作用之研究

2.          石斑魚 性別分化與青春期啓動之研究

3.          珊瑚內分泌與生殖之研究

4.          鰻魚的生殖生理之基礎與應用研究
